COVID Policy Effective 1 August 2021

Our COVID Cancellation Policy:

Change of travel date is still offered on bookings where guests are unable to travel due to Government advisory to enforce travel restrictions related to COVID-19. Our aim is to offer as much flexibility and planning comfort as possible.

 

Group and Individual reservations:

Our most flexible options allow modification of the reservation before arrival date. All cancelled bookings affected by COVID-19 who are unable to travel will be offered to rebook for the next 90 days, any modifications are subject to availability, variations and/or any rate difference. (meaning originally booked from low season rate then moved to high season rate and vice versa).

 

Payments:

Any amount paid on any bookings will be held on file as a credit towards a future booking. This credit will be held for up to 12 months providing the first 3 months to rebook and reconfirm travel date.

  • All amended bookings made for Accommodation requires 50% deposit to guarantee your bookings, failure to do so may result in the reservation being automatically cancelled and will be charge according to our cancellation policy.
  • The balance or final payment still requires on the agreed date, please notify your account department regarding this changes.

 

Cancellation Penalties are strictly enforced.
